If you wish to report a content, click on the three dots at the bottom right of the content. We will inspect the content with respect to our Terms of Service and the law.

You may end your subscription by clicking on the Unsubscribe button on the creator’s profile. You may still reach the content of the creator up until the end of the monthly period you have subscribed for. But you will not be billed next month.
In Pavyou, your subscriptions are set for auto-renewal as long as you do not disable it. If your subscription was not renewed, it may be because:

No, unfortunately we can not refund. You may cancel anytime and unsubscribe for the upcoming monthly period.
We accept payment by credit card.
All your assets, transactions and credit card information are under the protection of 3D Secure technology.
The name of our parent company will appear on your credit card statement, “Nobu Labs”.
